SWEEP is a gentle stool softener to treat constipation. It reduces symptoms of bloating and gas, and eliminates and protects against bacteria and parasites often encountered during travel. SWEEP can also be used to alleviate symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, and indigestion. It helps ease gas and bloating and improves overall metabolism. The herbs in our SWEEP formula have a restorative effect on the mucosal membrane of the entire gut and bowel so not only does it detoxify but repairs the lining of the GUT too.

How to Use SWEEP

Shake and Take: Add 1 generous teaspoon of SWEEP to a jar with 150ml of liquid. We recommend using something milky, but you could also use water or coconut water. Close the lid, shake well, and take on an empty stomach—either first thing in the morning or last thing at night.

Alternatively, add 1 generous teaspoon of SWEEP to your daily smoothie blend.

The starter pack (125g) provides approximately 30 delicious doses of SWEEP. This size is a great little travel buddy.

Safety Information: SWEEP is not suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding under 12 months. If you are taking WARFARIN, please do not use SWEEP.
