How to Use SWEEP

Shake and Take: Add 1 generous teaspoon of SWEEP to a jar with 200ml (approx) of liquid. We recommend using something milky, but you could also use water or coconut water. Close the lid, shake well, and take on an empty stomach—either first thing in the morning or last thing at night.

Alternatively, add 1 generous teaspoon of SWEEP to your daily smoothie blend.
