DF GF Vegan (Makes 12+ Bliss Balls)
1 cup Almond Meal 
1/2 cup of Linseeds
2 tbsp Puffed Millet
1/2 cup of Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup of Natural Currants
2 tbsp of Berries powder *see below
1 tbsp of SWEEP Powder 
8 Medjool Dates 
1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
2 tbsp of Cacao Butter 
1 tsp of Natural Vanilla Extract
Desiccated Coconut and Berries Powder for rolling
 
Warm cacao butter & coconut oil on low heat till melted and set aside
Place almond meal, LSA, millet, currants, vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl
In a food processor add dates, cacao and coconut oil and sunflower seeds and pulse till ingredients have combined well.
Pour wet ingredients into large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with hands till ingredients stick. 
Place in fridge covered for 30 mins (for easier handling when rolling balls).
Hand roll each ball into a shallow tray of desiccated coconut and return to fridge for 1-2 hours before eating.
Keep Refrigerated.
**Optional 2 tbsp of Bare Blends Vanilla + Coconut Vegan Protein Powder for a  boost of protein & amino-acids
**We have used Bare Blends Berries powder in this recipe because it's zingy, tasty, freeze-dried, organic, Australian made and not stored in plastic. It's also a great source of Vitamin C.
